MISSION

We are a premiere youth rugby organization located in Mesa, Arizona. Our mission is to build strong, disciplined young men and women who lead with integrity, compete with passion, and serve their communities with purpose through the game of rugby. We believe character is the ultimate measure of success. Through hard work, humility, and accountablility, our players learn that discipline is more than a rule, it is a lifestyle.

We are an all volunteer organization driven by a shared love for rugby and what it stands for. Our coaches and staff are committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where every player, regardless of experience or background, is valued, challenged, and given the opportunity to grow.

We uphold the four values of World Rugby: Integrity, Passion, Discipline, and Respect. These are not just principles we teach, they are the standards we live by. We are a no-cut program where everyone earns their place through effort, attitude, and respect for the team. The only reason a player will ever be removed is for actions that go against our team values.

Our purpose extends beyond the scoreboard. We are shaping better teammates, better leaders, and better human beings. Over the years of our club’s existence, we have had a lot of success on and off the pitch. With multiple state championships, as well as international wins in New Zealand, our club continues to grow and strengthen rugby in the states.
